Bar Harbour art store, help with an artist….?

A few years back we visited New England in The Fall. We stopped off at Bar Harbour in Maine (highly reccommended) and there was an art shop with paintings by an Artist whom i cannot remember the name. He was male and i think European or Russian and did some work with his father, also an Artist.

The work was fairly abstract and i remember planets being part of some of them.

Does anyone have any idea who this artist is?

Once you have a list of the galleries (and there are less than a dozen) you can call or e-mail them and ask about the artist you are seeking.

Bar Harbor is a very small community (excluding the thousands of tourists) and everyone there pretty much knows everyone else.

I could do the search for you but I think you should make the effort yourself if you really want to locate this artist. By the way, virtually everyone in Bar Harbor (except the old schoolers) are connected to the Internet and most of, if not all of, the stores will have their own sites and e-mail addresses.
